Our handmade items, crafted with love and utmost precision, carry a year-long warranty to cover any manufacturing mishaps. This warranty is designed to protect you when products are used as intended, but it doesn't cover damage from normal use or neglect.
Genuine leather is our choice of material, and its natural variations in texture and colour add to the uniqueness of our products.
If you've purchased from us online, we've got your order history on record. However, for those purchases made through retailers, retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
