We take great pride in the quality of our products, however as they are handmade occasionally things can go wrong. If you have purchased one of our products that has a fault, please return to the point of purchase for an exchange, repair or refund.
Sometimes when purchasing online it can be difficult to decide. That's fine, you can send your new, unused items back to us for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of the purchase.
All our items are made from leather, as leather is a natural product no two items look exactly the same. Differences in texture and variations are not faults but a quality of using leather. Regardless or this, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not then we are happy to issues a refund if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase.

Shipping fees are not refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping or for lost of missing items.
If you are returning an item, please be sure to send the item by registered, traceable mail. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip.
