Returns and refunds:
Sometimes when purchasing online it can be difficult to decide. That's fine, you can send your new, unused items back to us for an exchange or a full refund (minus shipping) within 14 days of the purchase.
All our items are made from leather, as leather is a natural product no two items look exactly the same. Differences in texture and variations are not faults but a quality of using leather. Regardless or this, we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not then we are happy to issue a refund if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
Please contact us first to organise your return.
Shipping fees are not refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping or for lost of missing items.
If you are returning an item, please be sure to send the item by registered, traceable mail. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip.

A credit will only be made to a customer after the returned product is received by us in accordance with the above guidelines. Dusky Robin Leather reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy. If you have any questions about our returns policy please contact us.
All our products are covered by up to 12 months warranty (from the time of purchase- with proof of purchase) for manufacturing faults.
Our warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended and doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect.
If you purchase directly from us online we will have your order history, but if you purchased from one of our retailers you will need your receipt as proof of purchase.
We take great pride in the quality of our products however as they are handmade occasionally things can go wrong.

We will ensure that any major technical faults are dealt with, wear and tear is not a fault.
If you have purchased one of our products that has a fault, please return to the point of purchase for an exchange, repair or refund.
Proof of purchase must be supplied.

We will assess the goods when they are received and contact you.
We will not cover shipping costs for items which are damaged due to mistreatment or wear and tear.
We will not cover the costs of third party repairs unless approval has been provided from us first.
There are no returns or exchanges for 'change of mind' on sale items.
